Meetings of the Board of Zoning Adjustments shall be held at the call of the chairman and at such other times as the board may determine. These called meetings will be on the second and/or the fourth Thursdays of the month, as needed. They will be held at 6:30 p.m. with a 6:00 p.m. pre-meeting at the Westover Town Hall.

All petitions for variances/adjustments will be handled at a called meeting of the Board of Zoning Adjustments. All materials to be considered must be received by the Board chairperson a minimum of thirty (30) days before the second or fourth Thursday to provide time for studying the case, notifying adjoining property owners (fifteen days ahead), and posting meeting notices (one week ahead).
